Patrick Eavenson, Managing Attorney
Managing Attorney and founder of Eavenson Legal PLLC, Patrick is a seasoned litigator and trusted counselor to both individuals and companies. Before starting the firm, Pat obtained a wealth of experience working with international and regional law firms, where he represented individual, start-up, and multi-national clients across a variety of subject matters.
An experienced commercial litigator, Pat provides a wealth of expertise in handling complex cases at both trial and appellate levels. Demonstrating a commitment to pragmatic and efficient legal strategies, Pat has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts nationwide. This extensive track record includes achieving favorable outcomes in a diverse range of legal areas, including breach of contract, fiduciary duty violations, fraud, securities, intellectual property, real estate, and privacy law.
In addition to his litigation expertise, Pat provides comprehensive legal support tailored to the unique needs of businesses, offering strategic advice across a wide range of legal matters. James Yoder, Of Counsel
James helps clients through every step of the legal process, from setting up claims to jury trials. The primary focus of James’s practice is helping people who have been injured due to the negligence of some other person or business. James has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of clients who have been injured due to no fault of their own.
In his spare time, James enjoys many outdoor activities, including hunting, fishing, hiking, and kayaking. James also stays connected to the Lexington community by volunteering with the Amachi mentorship program, serves as the Treasurer for the Rosemill Neighbor’s Association and is a member of Center Point Church.
James grew up in Madisonville, Kentucky, where he attended Madisonville North Hopkins High School. He has lived in Lexington since graduating high school in 2010. James practices law across the Commonwealth and has appeared in courts from Boyd County to Carlisle County.
